Each Night I have a private Dinner with two members of the squad & the Interptetor Riri, what a great start with this bunch of fine ladies Ajeng, Bill, Denta & Riri, no not just there for their good looks, these ladies can also skate & bike Tough Mountains.
Tabata Chunda
Indonesian squad first introduction to the 4 minute tabata, well they were advised, that if you give it everything as you should, after 5 you may have a Chunda, well it did happen to two of the ladies after 8 a couple of seedy looking guys, perhaps they did not push themselves to the limit.
